APR 20, 2018: 9:30am – 12:30pm

This interactive workshop will teach realtors how to make their Facebook page excel at driving traffic and increasing engagements. They will learn how to build a truly engaged following by creating and curating creative content that will resonate with their target audience. Participants will learn to use Facebook Page Insights to identify their best content and be more cost-effective and efficient with their Facebook marketing.

 Participants will learn how to:

  • Create aand Optimize a Facebook Page 
  • Creating an Effective Facebook Ad
  • Create a manageable content plan that results in better content in less time
  • Create content that engages fans – or increases engagement if page already exists
  • Drive traffic to specific content – such as a real estate listing or open house
  • Build a positive community of fans for future networking and sales opportunities

3-hours – Participants are encouraged to bring a laptop and work along with the instructor. Instruction will be based on the desktop version of Facebook – tablets and phones use apps that function differently and with fewer features. If you use one of these mobile devices during class, it will not look or act the same.

Certified Instructor: Alabama Real Estate Commission, worth 3 Continuing Education Units.

Facebook Advertising for Realtors or Small Businesses

APR 27, 2018: 9:30am – 12:30pm
This interactive workshop will teach realtors how to set up an ad account, understand ad structure and how to use Ad Manager tools. Realtors will learn when to promote pages vs. individual posts, when to use photo ads vs. link ads, and where to place ads for best results from the desktop or mobile newsfeeds, sidebar, Instagram, or Facebook’s advertising network.
Participants will learn to review ad results and reports and how to tweak for better results. Finally, they will leave with tips for writing great ads and choosing effective images and improving ad performance.
 
Participants will learn how to:
  • Set up a Facebook Ad with a specific highly targeted audience for better results
  • Determine best type of ads to use for specific goals
  • How to judge ad results and modify for better results at a lower cost
